Jakub is a seasoned IT Project Manager with more than 14 years of experience leading global technology projects across Europe, Asia, and North America.


He began his career in SAP consulting, where he drove international rollouts in finance and controlling. Over the years, he transitioned into IT project leadership, guiding large-scale digital transformation initiatives and agile software development projects for distributed teams.


As a Senior IT Project Manager and former Chief Product Owner, Jakub has successfully delivered complex projects—ranging from SAP consolidations across multiple countries to agile software launches—while managing cross-functional teams spread over several continents.

 

Jakub is passionate about helping beginners enter IT project management with confidence—sharing the practical strategies he’s developed over more than a decade in the field.
